The reservation is final after receipt of the deposit of 50% of the rent (excluding any tourist tax). The deposit is received within 5 days after confirmation of the reservation request. The second and final payment (50%) is to be paid two weeks before the start of the rental period by means of a credit to the account of the lessor.  For bookings where the rental period starts within two weeks, the total rental amount must be paid in one go. By paying the deposit (and/or the entire amount) you accept our rental conditions.

 

 

In the event of a cancellation by the tenant, the owner is entitled to the following compensation:

Up to 2 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the total rent.

Within 2 weeks before the arrival date: 100% of the total rent.

The tenant is responsible for taking out travel and cancellation insurance.
